MINISTER VINCENT BIRUTA PRAISES THE EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH RWANDA AT THE NATIONAL DAY OF THE NETHERLANDS
This evening, minister Vincent Biruta was the Guest of Honour for the National Day of the Netherlands which coincides with the Birth of His Majesty King Willem Alexander. He praised the excellent relationship that happily exists between the two countries.
